All traffic to acowntant.ae and our platform is encrypted in transit using TLS. Data at rest on our cloud infrastructure is encrypted using industry-standard algorithms.
Access to client data is role-based and granted on a least-privilege basis. Team members only see the clients and data they need to do their work, and access is logged. We support strong, unique passwords and protect staff accounts with additional verification.
We host on reputable, access-controlled cloud providers with physical and network security managed by the provider. Accounting records are kept in established platforms such as Zoho, which maintain their own security and compliance programmes.
We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Where data is processed outside the UAE, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Systems are monitored for unusual activity and regularly updated. Client records are backed up so they can be restored in the event of an incident.
Every member of our team is bound by confidentiality obligations. We never sell your data and only share it with service providers and authorities as described in our Privacy Policy.
